DAY 1

Kilimanjaro International Airport – Moshi

 

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport and after completing all airport formalities, you will
be picked up by our driver for greetings and safari briefings. You will then be transferred to Moshi at
for dinner and your overnight stay at Maridadi hotel. You will have time to review your itinerary as the adventure begins early in the morning.

DAY 2

Materuni Village and Chemka Hot Springs

 

After breakfast at the hotel, you will board the vehicle and be driven to Materuni Waterfall. Here you’ll have a good chance of hiking and having coffee with the locals.

 Referenced hike of approximately 40
minutes to the magnificent Materuni waterfall, along the way discover the life of the local village and
enjoy the beauties of nature on foot then you will head to chemka hot springs and start a scenetic
drive to Chemka Hot spring in Rundugai Village.

After a day full of relaxation in the late afternoon from
04;00 pm we will proceed with driving back to Arusha to your accommodation the end of the evening,
you return to the vehicle and our driver-guide will take you to Arusha for dinner and overnight Gran
melia Arusha.

 Arriving you can choose to start with a walk around
the hot spring on the white sands or choose to dip inside the blue waters. In the afternoon you will
have lunch depending on your choice if it’s a lunch box or go for a hot meal. After your meal it will be
time to relax and enjoy your beers where you can either choose to drink the mountain Kilimanjaro
beer or safari beer (local beers not imported).

DAY 3

Tarangire 

After breakfast, you will be picked up at your hotel and together with your guide, you’ll drive to
Tarangire National Park. In 1970, the national park emerged from a former colonial hunting ground.

The park is home to one of the largest elephant populations in the north of Tanzania,
but is also home to many other wild animals. With some luck, you can spot lions, cheetahs or leopards.

The landscape of the park is very diverse, especially the huge baobab trees, which are located close together in the north-eastern sector of the park, are particularly impressive. . Later evening you will head to mto wa mbu for dinner and overnight stay at Tarangire safari lodge.

He has a very diverse animal world, not least because of its size, which corresponds to approximately Luxembourg.

DAY 4

Lake Manyara

 

After breakfast, we’ll head to Lake Manyara National Park. The park is dominated by the lake of the same name, which attracts large colonies of water birds.

The park is also famous for its treeclimbing lions, which are usually found in the central and open part of the park. During the safari, you
will also see elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos and many other animal species.

 In the late afternoon, you’ll leave the national park and head to the lodge for dinner & overnight.

Particularly impressive are the pink-colored flamingos, but also many other bird species such as cormorants, pelicans or storks can be observed here. A total of about 400 different bird species live in the park.

DAY 5 :

Lake Natron

 

After breakfast early in the morning you will be pick up and drive to lake natron. Just past Mto wa Mbu, you’ll leave the asphalted road, along the East African Rift Valley the drive continues on adventurous slopes.

The drive leads past Maasai villages and the holy mountain of the Maasai, the Ol Doinyo Lengai. As soon as the Maasai village Ngare Sero comes into sight, it is not far to the lake. The outlet Lake Natron is the home of a remarkable variety of birds, in particular about 2.5 million dwarf flamingos; the lake serves them as a regular breeding ground.

The water is strongly saline and the basis of life for unicellular algae and bacteria, are responsible for the planar red-brown to purple-violet coloring of the lake.

The area around Lake Natron is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt regions in Africa. You will make a hike to the lake and then you will visit the nearby waterfalls, a true oasis with awesome waters to swim.

DAY 6

Serengeti

 

After breakfast early in the morning you will head to Serengeti national park. On adventurous slopes,
it goes up the Rift Valley into the wide plains of the Serengeti.

With about 3 million larger mammals, the Serengeti is the national park with the richest wildlife worldwide.

Around two thirds make up the above-mentioned animal species, furthermore, the park is the home to many other animal species, such as giraffe, buffalo, hyena, elephant or crocodile.

 It is the heart of a vast ecosystem, whose species-rich animal world is unique in the world. Annually, the great migration involves over 1.4 million gnus, almost 300,000 Thomson’s gazelles, about 200,000 zebras and several thousand topi’s during the rainy seasons to the areas with the greener and lush meadows.

Particularly large is the population of feline predators, about 3000 lions, a good 300 cheetahs and an estimated 400-700 leopards have their hunting ground here. Later evening you will head to Signature serengeti luxury tented camp.

DAY 7

Serengeti

 

After breakfast early in the morning today you will have full day game drive in Serengeti national park the entire day is dedicated to game viewing in the Serengeti.

During the short rainy season in November
and December, the herds move from the hills in the north to the plains in the south. During the longer
rainy season from April to June, they return up north.

 As the migration is completely dependent on
the yearly rainfalls, the location of the herds may vary from year to year but your guide will know where to locate the animals and where to see them best.

You will spend the night at the Signature
serengeti luxury tented camp

The areas that you visit will depend on where the migrating herds are. Predators usually follow closely behind the trekking animals and include lions, leopards (in the acacia trees) and cheetahs.

DAY 8

Ngorongoro Crater

 

After breakfast early in the morning, you will meet your driver guide on this day you will descend over
600 meters into the crater to view wildlife.

 Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot.

 A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually been seen here and later you will drive to ziwani lodge for dinner and overnight.

Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the
Ngorongoro conservation Area supports avast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants.

We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater.

DAY 9

Lake Eyasi and

Cultural Tour

 

Following a delicious breakfast, you will be driven by our safari guide to Lake Eyasi, where you will have the exceptional chance to interact with the well-known Hadzabe population.

You can also take a stroll around Lake Eyasi, discover the neighbouring local towns, and get a true African experience going towards Lake Eyasi.

If you would like, your guide can take you on a hike to
the Hadzabe people, where you will be able to have a cultural experience with the Hadzabe people.
After the tour, you will drive back to Arusha.

These knowledgeable hunters will extend an invitation for you to go hunting with them so you can
experience their methods up close. We’ll introduce you to the Datoga people, who are renowned for
their extraordinary blacksmithing abilities, after your time with the Hadzabe.

During the trip, you’ll stop at various panoramic points from which you can see the Rift Valley, the lake, and the surroundings.
